This 32-story state of the art tower has 464 residential units, 7,000 square feet of ground floor retail and a 15-story garage with room for about 670 cars. Vice is built adjacent to a Metromover station and is near Miami Dade College’s downtown campus.
Approximately $70,000 pieces of Shurjoint grooved product were used on this complex’s chilled water supply system.
