Aalberts development programmes Connect and Fit
Aalberts has international employee development programmes in place for those who have recently started their career at Aalberts and for those employees that are more experienced. These programmes are called CONNECT and FIT and after you have established yourself you may be nominated to take part in one of these programs to help you develop as a person and a leader.

Aalberts international post-graduate programme and trainee programme
If you’ve just finished your master’s degree and you want to hit the road running, our international management trainee programme may well be just the thing you are looking for. Over a period of 18 months we send our management trainees on six three-month rotations working at an different Aalberts companies. At least two of the rotations will be abroad. You will end the programme with a strong understanding of our business and you will have established your own international network of contacts. It is our goal to find you a role in the company that best fits your talents and capabilities.
